The LONGWEI Ceramic Stool is a striking hand-painted piece inspired by traditional Chinese porcelain garden stools. Historically used as portable seating in Chinese homes, courtyards and gardens, today they make wonderfully versatile decorative pieces.
The classic blue and white design is dominated by the Chinese dragon, traditionally a powerful symbol of strength, good fortune and prosperity. Clouds and other traditional motifs surround the dragon, while the pierced top and raised ceramic detailing give the stool plenty of texture and character.
Use LONGWEI as an occasional stool, side table or decorative stand. It makes a particularly impressive addition to a terrace, conservatory or garden during the summer, where the crisp blue and white porcelain looks beautiful against surrounding greenery.
Each stool is individually hand-painted, so variations in the decoration and finish make every piece unique.
Suitable for outdoor use during the summer months. We recommend bringing indoors and storing in a dry, frost-free place over winter.
