If you wish to return an item for either a full refund or an exchange please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Smaller items may be delivered to either showroom during opening hours, in person or by Royal Mail.
For large items please contact our deliveries department to arrange a collection, please either email email@example.com or telephone 01264 811 111.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, which is in good and saleable condition, then we will refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned item(s) in the condition in which they left our showroom, so please take reasonable care with packaging and protection for transit.
Unless goods are faulty, we cannot offer a refund on delivery charges or costs associated with returning your order to Orchid.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
