Retail sales - Luxury Interiors Store, Winchester city centre and our rural Stockbridge showroom

 A part time retail vacancy has just arisen in our store in the centre of Winchester and our rural showroom near Stockbridge working 3 days a week including Saturdays.

 The Role Includes:

Achieving individual weekly and monthly sales against budgets for showroom activity with a view to increasing & developing new business opportunities 
Ensuring that the daily store operation processes and procedures are followed in full including diligent customer follow up  
Providing enthusiastic service with detailed product knowledge
Reporting on insight into specific needs opportunities to develop business from the store both B2C and B2B
Merchandising and rotating stock to maximize in store sales
Use of sales processing software, transactional payment processes and stock inventory software 

Requirements include: 

Proven IT skills to grasp new systems as well as Outlook, Google, Excel and Microsoft Office
Demonstrative sales experience in a similar customer facing role ideally from premium consumer goods or interiors environment
Passion for customer service excellence in a B2C environment 
Appreciation of furniture & interiors
Proven client relationship management with a proactive approach to follow up and to create memorable customer experiences 
Articulate written and spoken communication skills 

            This role is for 3 days a week, including Saturdays. Based in the Parchment Street store you will be required to spend time at the Stockbridge store on a regular basis for training, reporting and updates.

Interns & Work Experience

We are offering an office internship or work experience post for a luxury interiors retailer – flexible days/hours. To work in  a small but busy office just outside Stockbridge – own transport is essential. As well as general office duties the main role will be to build a photography library using Adobe Lightroom. So interest or experience in photography, digital marketing, photo editing, SEO and business studies would be an advantage.
