How Does Shop On Line, Collect In Store Work?
Once you have added products(s) to your basket, select the Click & Collect Option at the Delivery stage of your purchase - you need to select either the London, Winchester or Sandydown near Stockbridge store as the Collection point.
You will be contacted by email within 1 working day, of making your purchase, regarding the collection date.
If you are collecting furniture please arrive with a suitable vehicle and person(s) able to lift the pieces, which may be heavy, as we cannot promise available staff to assist at either store.
You can choose furniture to be lightly wrapped for transportation, or left unwrapped for inspection at the time of collection.
Please bring proof of your order and ID - goods cannot be released without these, you will be asked to sign for receipt of the goods.
Collect Monday - Saturday 10 - 5.00pm
Parking, for any size vehicle, is plentiful, free and direct outside the showroom door in a quiet large courtyard so access and loading is easy.
Monday - Saturday 10 - 5.50pm
Nearby parking is available in public car parks, the closest being St, Peter’s. Park and Ride operates on the East, West and South sides of Winchester
Collect Monday - Saturday 10 - 6pm
The Kings Road store is outside the Congestion Charging zone.
Parking on a meter in nearby residential roads is available. Short stay loading is sometimes possible directly outside the store.
